TerraWealth was born from a simple frustration: tracking a portfolio that spans land in Colombo, bank savings across FDs, Unit Trusts and T-Bills, physical gold, Bitcoin on two exchanges, and stocks on the CSE required six different apps and a spreadsheet — and still delivered no real insight. We decided to fix that.

Sajith is a fintech entrepreneur and software architect with a deep passion for democratizing institutional-grade wealth intelligence. He built TerraWealth after personally struggling to get a clear picture of his own cross-asset portfolio — spanning land, bank savings, gold, crypto, and equities across multiple platforms.
With a background in full-stack engineering and financial systems, Sajith designed TerraWealth's FastAPI backend and TerraAI forecasting engine from the ground up, with a focus on privacy-first architecture and real-time predictive accuracy.
